Haun Publishing company was founded by Delton Haun. He was a full-time preacher for over 40 years and had taught since the age of 16. In 1949 he wrote his first books and eventually bought a small hand cranked printing press and introduced his first four tracts.
We now serve over 17,000 congregations and thousands of individuals. Our materials are sent to 25 different countries on 5 different continents. Our literature has been seen in the largest mega-churches and the smallest of prison cells. It has been a remarkable journey that still at times amazes us.
We are a family owned and operated company. Mrs. Haun still comes to work every day. Our goal is to serve and help in whatever way we can. If you call rest assured that you will be talking to family.

Fifty years in business, fifty years experience, fifty years teaching – I have to ask myself “where did the time go?” “What fifty years?” And I answer myself, “it just dissolved into memories…precious memories.”
When we began, tracts were small, only about 3” by 4 ¾”. Ours were an unimpressive pink with gray lettering. Appearance didn’t merit much attention…only truth. Doctrine was/is the mission of tracts, and a scripturally based tract is good forever.
Through the years, much has changed…culture has changed. The nation has seen a great shift away from God, and his word. God’s people have always had challenges but today, seems as though we are often on the losing side. Maybe we have been blinded by Satan.
Truth is an awesome responsibility. And truth is what truth has always been…God’s word. We believe God’s word is the measuring rod of all human behavior – the only manual we have as a guide on earth, and a plan for our eternity.
How can we best teach others? Be inspired (as we were) by this note we received a few years ago from a precious customer asking for a tract on baptism…
“I have some dear people to give them to. If I live to July 1st,
I’ll be 100 years old, so I must work for the night is near.”

We agree. The night is near…for many of God’s precious creation. Our needs are greater than ever and while opportunities to teach often seem to “dry up” – tracts are sill the simplest and most satisfying; and teach only when the reader is ready for it.
Reach, teach, and plant the seed. Give a tract, give someone a chance. When a soul is saved, angels rejoice, and God is honored.
May your coming days be busy days in the Kingdom of our Lord.
